(April 27, 2026 – Omaha, NE) – Heritage Communities today announced the appointment of Jodi Langhorst, MBA, as Vice President of Sales, West Division, strengthening its leadership team as the organization continues a period of rapid growth and expansion.
Over the past year, Heritage Communities has grown its portfolio by more than 40%, expanding across the Midwest and Southwest, with additional growth anticipated in 2026.
Langhorst brings a strong track record of sales leadership, operational alignment, and team development. She is known for building high-performing teams, implementing scalable sales strategies, and driving occupancy growth through close partnership with operations and marketing.
In conjunction with Langhorst’s appointment, Heritage Communities has evolved its sales leadership structure to a divisional model overseeing multiple regions, designed to better support its expanding portfolio.
Under this model:
• Jodi Langhorst, MBA, will serve as Vice President of Sales for the West Division
• Tina Cunningham, who joined Heritage in 2025, will serve as Vice President of Sales for the East Division
This organizational change allows for increased alignment with operations, more consistent support at the community level, and a more proactive approach to driving occupancy and performance.
