(February 9, 2026 – Omaha, NE) – Heritage Communities is pleased to announce the expansion of its senior living management portfolio with the addition of six new communities located across Kansas and Missouri. This growth marks Heritage Communities’ entry into two new states, further strengthening its Midwest presence and supporting the organization’s long-term growth strategy.
All six communities were previously managed by Principal Senior Living Group (PSLG) and operated under the Benton House name. With PSLG’s ownership retiring and exiting the industry, Heritage Communities is assuming management of the Missouri locations on February 9th, and Kansas communities on March 18th . The properties will be rebranded as SageGrove communities, a newly launched brand under the Heritage Communities umbrella.
