Hunt Midwest Breaks Ground on Colorado Community to Be Operated by Integral

KANSAS CITY, Mo.—Hunt Midwest has broken ground on The Capstone at Centerra, a 78,000-square-foot assisted living and memory care community at 4925 McWhinney Blvd. in the 3,000-acre master-planned Centerra development in Loveland, Colo. The Capstone at Centerra is projected to open in late 2022. The community will be operated by Integral Senior Living (ISL).

Offering assisted living and memory care services, The Capstone at Centerra have a total of 102 apartment homes with accommodations for up to 114 residents. Residents may choose from a variety of floor plans designed to meet their individual needs, including spacious studio suites and one- and two-bedroom apartments.

Residents of the community are guaranteed access to state-of-the-art amenities, 24/7 support and care, and innovative programming.
