August 12, 2024 (Austin, TX & Bloomfield, NJ) – Juniper Communities, a premier assisted living community, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jennifer Evans as Executive Director, at Juniper Village at Spicewood Summit. Evans is a certificated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA).
With over two decades of experience in the healthcare industry, Evans brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her new role. Evans will oversee the day-to-day operations of the skilled nursing and assisted living community. Her goal is to encompass all Juniper Communities’ signature programs and culture while providing exceptional care and support for the residents of Juniper Village at Spicewood Summit.
Evans’ journey in senior care began when she was in the 3rd grade after participating in a holiday program at a local senior living community. Her professional path started at age 15 as a dietary aide. Over the last 25 years, she has served in various roles including Administrator, Director of Reimbursement, and Regional Director of Operations.
What excites Evans most about joining the team is her shared values with Juniper and her commitment to provide seniors with the opportunity to live fully through all seasons of life. Evans added, “Senior living is my passion, I have truly never worked a day in my life because I love what I am doing. It is my privilege to be an advocate for seniors.”
Beyond her professional achievements, she enjoys spending quality time with her three beautiful children and three-month-old grandson. Born and raised in Dallas, Evans is excited to be a part of the Austin community.
