Kimberly holds a bachelor’s degree in human services and is a Certified Montessori Dementia Care Professional (CMCDP). Her career spans a range of senior care settings, including previous leadership roles at Brookmeadow at Blue Hills and Benchmark Senior Living, where she developed and executed enrichment programs that supported physical, cognitive, and social wellness.
Known for her hands-on approach and enthusiasm, Kimberly has a proven track record of creating meaningful connections through tailored events, wellness programs, and memory care activities. She is skilled in calendar creation, team supervision, and transportation coordination, and is passionate about enhancing the everyday lives of older adults.
