Before joining The Residence at Great Woods, Ouellet held the role of Director and Marketing Manager at Bayada Home Health in Canton, MA. There, he oversaw a multidisciplinary team of more than 50 staff members and played a key role in driving significant growth. His success was fueled by cultivating strategic partnerships with assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, and physician networks, greatly enhancing the organization’s visibility and referral pipeline.
With a foundation in both clinical operations and outreach strategy, Ouellet has also excelled in office leadership roles, including his time as Office Manager and Marketing Liaison at Bay State Physical Therapy.
A graduate of Boston University’s Sargent College of Health & Rehabilitation Sciences, Ouellet holds a B.S. in Health Science & Public Health with a Minor in Mathematics. He is also a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP), with firsthand experience navigating Medicare guidelines and ALR-specific policies.
