LCB Senior Living Announces Promotions of Key Leadership Roles

NORWOOD, Mass., February 1, 2023LCB Senior Living, a leading senior housing provider with more than 30 communities across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic, announced today the promotions of Brian Robinson to Vice President of Organizational Culture, Learning and Recruitment, as well as Abrina Kelly to Regional Director of Reflections Memory Care. Both of these promotions further strengthen the leadership at LCB Senior Living.

Brian Robinson joined LCB Senior Living in 2015 as a Regional Director of Operations before moving into the Human Resources department in 2019, where he served as Director of Talent Acquisition and Associate Engagement. In his new role, he will be responsible for developing enhanced leadership training at LCB Senior Living, spearheading the company’s LCB University program, and promoting associate learning and career development.

“Brian is not only great at developing the skills of our associates, but he is also a tremendous champion of LCB Senior Living’s culture,” said LCB Senior Living CEO Michael Stoller. “Brian is known throughout the company for his team building expertise, and he will remain a strong asset to LCB in his new role.”

Abrina Kelly also joined LCB Senior Living in 2015 where she helped support the opening of The Residence at Five Corners as Reflections Director. Under her guidance, the Reflections program at The Residence at Five Corners became a training and onboarding site for the entire LCB Senior Living company. She was promoted to Reflections and Engagement Specialist in 2019, where she put in place standards and best practices for Reflections across LCB Senior Living as a whole.

“Throughout her time at LCB, Abrina has displayed immense passion in her work with seniors as part of the Reflections Memory Care program,” said Stoller. “We are thrilled that she will continue to have such a big impact on the lives of our residents, and on an even larger scale.”
