DALLAS, TX – [May 26, 2026] – Lifespace Communities, one of the nation’s largest nonprofit senior living organizations, announced that Rob Salierno has been promoted to regional vice president of operations, North Region. In this role, he will report to Andy Kazmierczak, Lifespace’s chief operating officer, and lead daily operations for the North Region’s seven communities in five states, partnering closely with executive directors and community team members to advance meaningful team member engagement, exceptional resident experiences, and strong financial outcomes.

“This is a well-earned promotion for Rob and a meaningful example of the leadership strength we continue to build across Lifespace. He has demonstrated operational discipline, a deep commitment to team members and residents, and the ability to deliver strong results in a complex environment,” said Kazmierczak. “Rob’s 20-plus year journey with Lifespace is especially inspiring because it reflects the growth and opportunity our organization strives to create. He began his Lifespace career as a dining room server in one of our communities and, through dedication and a commitment to excellence, has grown into a key leader who will help shape the future of our North Region. After successfully leading Lifespace’s Claridge Court community over the past four years, we’re excited to see the impact Rob will make in this expanded role.”

Salierno brings more than two decades of senior living leadership experience, including multiple executive director roles at Lifespace, as well as leadership positions with other continuing care retirement communities. He has a consistent record of success in team building, sales, and marketing across independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care settings.

“I’m honored to take on this role and excited to partner with our community leadership teams to build on the strong foundation Lifespace has established,” said Salierno. “My focus will be on supporting our executive directors, elevating the resident experience, and continuing to foster the culture of excellence that defines Lifespace.”

Salierno holds an Executive MBA from the Helzberg School of Management at Rockhurst University. He has been a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Illinois, California, and Kansas, as well was a licensed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) operator in California. He has also served as a surveyor for the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).

Lifespace’s North Region communities include Beacon Hill, Greenfields of Geneva, and Oak Trace in the greater Chicago area; Claridge Court in Prairie Village, Kan.; Friendship Village of Bloomington, Minn.; Friendship Village of South Hills in Upper St. Clair, Pa.; and Newcastle Place in Mequon, Wis.
