Srini Alagarsamy Joins as CTO to Spearhead Digital Transformation Initiatives
Natallia Futrell Appointed CCO to Elevate Healthcare Services and Care Models
DALLAS, TX – April 18, 2024 – Lifespace Communities announced the appointment of two key executives to its senior leadership team, bolstering its commitment to innovation and high-quality care within its senior living communities. 
Srini Alagarsamy has been appointed as chief technology officer effective April 9. Alagarsamy, who reports to Lifespace Communities president and CEO Jesse Jantzen, brings over two decades of experience in leading digital transformations for Fortune 100 companies, including General Motors Financial, Sallie Mae, and Cigna. At Lifespace, he will steer the strategic innovation and long-term technological vision, handling infrastructure, cybersecurity, software applications, and data and analytics.

On April 8, Natallia Futrell joined the organization as chief clinical officer. Futrell, who reports to Lifespace Communities chief operating officer Brian Robbins, will guide the delivery of high-quality 
healthcare services and develop future care models, serving as a business partner to operational leaders. Her background in leading clinical operations and developing effective systems for patient care, including tenures with Trinity Healthcare and StoneGate Senior Living positions her well for advancing Lifespace’s transformative care models.

Both Alagarsamy and Futrell will serve on the Lifespace Senior Leadership Team, highlighting the organization’s drive to embrace technology and deliver premier service to older adults.
Alagarsamy earned a Master of Business Administration from Yale School of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Madurai Kamaraj University.
Futrell earned both her Master of Science in Nursing Administration and Management and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Hartford.
