Heather Lindstrom
Retirement Unlimited, Inc. (RUI) has announced Heather Lindstrom as Talent Acquisition Specialist. Lindstrom is responsible for utilizing various platforms and methodology in driving recruitment efforts at RUI. She will work closely with the leadership teams and the communities to support company goals as they relate to recruitment. As RUI continues a strong growth and expansion strategy across Virginia and Florida, the recruitment of a robust and dedicated workforce is a high priority.
With over 17 years of experience on the healthcare field, Lindstrom brings knowledge and leadership in both human resources and employee recruitment. She also has a background in sales and marketing in a variety of industries including healthcare. With her demonstrated history of working in the healthcare field, Lindstrom brings great guidance and support to the human resources team. Lindstrom graduated from Radford University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Communications. She has also been with the Fralin and Waldron family since 2004 in a human resources capacity.
