The Argentum AI Leadership Sprint was created to help senior living owners and operators make that transition. This hands-on experience moves beyond experimentation to help participants use tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Claude more confidently and effectively in their work.
Taking place October 13–16, the Sprint is available exclusively to Argentum members and is limited to just 30 participants. The small cohort allows each leader to receive personalized guidance, work directly with AI experts, and focus on the opportunities and challenges most relevant to their organization.

AI Training Built Around Your Work
Generic AI training can demonstrate what the technology is capable of doing. The AI Leadership Sprint goes further by helping participants connect those capabilities to their own responsibilities, priorities, and organizational needs.
Participants will work with AI experts Matt Burton and Christian Burton to explore how AI can support real leadership and operational challenges. The experience is structured to help leaders move from asking, “What can AI do?” to determining, “What should we do next, and how do we do it well?”
Each participant will receive:
- A private, one-hour hands-on working session with Matt Burton and Christian Burton
- Two focused, 90-minute interactive group sessions
- Guided pre-work and administrator-readiness resources
- Practical tools and strategies that can be applied immediately
- Personalized support for turning AI possibilities into meaningful organizational results
Because enrollment is individual, each participant must register separately.
From Individual Skills to Organizational Capability
Using AI effectively requires more than learning a collection of prompts. Leaders must also consider where AI can produce value, which tools are appropriate for a particular task, how information should be handled, and what safeguards may be necessary.
Those questions are especially important in senior living, where organizations must balance innovation with privacy, governance, workforce considerations, operational demands, and the responsibility to serve residents and families well.
The Sprint gives leaders a practical environment in which to explore these issues while building skills they can use immediately. Participants will leave with a better understanding of how to approach AI strategically, evaluate potential applications, and begin incorporating the technology into their work with greater purpose and confidence.
The objective is not to adopt AI simply because it is available. It is to identify where AI can strengthen decision-making, improve processes, support team members, and help organizations address meaningful business and operational priorities.

The AI Leadership Sprint is part of the broader Argentum AI Leadership Institute, created in partnership with SAVANT-AI to help senior living make AI possible, safe, and profitable.
The Institute provides an ongoing pathway from assessment to action through senior living-specific indices, hands-on learning, and quarterly cohorts.
Leaders can begin by completing the AI Leadership Index, a nine-question individual assessment that takes approximately five minutes and provides a personalized result based on five levels of AI maturity.
Organizations can also complete the AI Maturity Index, a 14-question assessment designed to evaluate AI readiness across senior living operations.
Together, these resources help leaders stop guessing, understand where they stand today, and identify the next level of AI maturity that requires their attention.
