Artificial intelligence has quickly moved from an emerging idea to an immediate leadership priority. Senior living organizations are exploring tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and Claude, but access to AI is only the beginning.
The bigger questions are: Where can AI create meaningful value? How can organizations use it responsibly? And how do leaders move from occasional experimentation to a thoughtful, organization-wide approach?
The Argentum AI Leadership Institute was created to help senior living leaders answer those questions—and turn AI possibilities into practical results.
A Senior Living-Specific Path to AI Readiness
Developed by Argentum in partnership with SAVANT-AI, the AI Leadership Institute provides a practical pathway for leaders and organizations to understand where they stand today, identify their next steps and build the skills and systems needed to use AI safely and strategically.
The journey begins with two senior living-specific assessments:
- The AI Leadership Index helps individual leaders understand their personal AI readiness through a nine-question assessment that takes approximately five minutes.
- The AI Maturity Index helps organizations evaluate AI readiness across their operations through a 14-question assessment calibrated specifically for senior living.
Together, the indices help leaders stop guessing, establish a starting point and determine where additional learning and support can make the greatest difference.
The next opportunity to put those insights into action is the AI Sprint for Senior Living, taking place October 13–16, 2026. Available exclusively to Argentum members, the AI Sprint is designed for senior living owners and operators who are ready to move beyond experimenting with AI and begin applying it more confidently to real leadership and operational challenges.
This is not a generic introduction to artificial intelligence. It is a highly personalized learning experience grounded in the needs and realities of senior living.
Each participant will receive:
- A private, one-hour hands-on working session with AI experts Matt Burton and Christian Burton
- Two focused, 90-minute interactive group sessions
- Guided pre-work and administrator-readiness resources
- Practical tools and strategies that can be applied immediately
- Personalized support for translating AI possibilities into meaningful organizational results
The Sprint is limited to just 30 participants, allowing each leader to receive focused guidance and individual support throughout the experience.
Build the Confidence to Lead What Comes Next
AI is reshaping how organizations operate, communicate, compete and grow. Senior living leaders do not need to become technology experts, but they do need the knowledge and confidence to ask the right questions, recognize valuable opportunities and establish responsible parameters for AI use.
That is the purpose of the AI Leadership Institute: to help senior living make AI possible, safe and profitable. The October Sprint offers leaders an opportunity to take the next step, moving from curiosity to capability and from isolated experimentation to practical action.
The Argentum member rate is $1,295 per participant, and enrollment is individual. Each participant must register separately. Registration closes October 5. Reserve your place in the October AI Sprint today.
