Walpole, Mass. – New Pond Village, a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Walpole, Massachusetts, has named Christen Baker-Bagnell as Assisted Living and Memory Care Director.

In her role, Baker-Bagnell will work closely with residents’ families, physicians and specialists to ensure each resident receives individualized, high-quality care. She will oversee hiring, training, day-to-day resident care, medication management and nursing for the Assisted Living and Mind & Memory Care teams. Her appointment follows the promotion of the previous director, Tasha Thomas, who is now New Pond Village’s Assisted Living and Memory Care Associate Executive Director.
Baker-Bagnell began her career serving older adults at age 17, starting in activities and hospitality before moving into clinical care. That path across multiple areas of healthcare has given her a well-rounded perspective on resident wellness.
