Three Chicago area memory care communities were recently recognized for continued dedication to providing senior healthcare. Anthem Memory Care communities Harvester Place in Burr Ridge, Emerald Place in Glenview and Porter Place in Tinley Park received the Pinnacle Quality Insight’s 2023 Customer Experience Award.

Throughout 2022 residents and their families participated in monthly telephone interviews where they answered open-ended questions and rated the Anthem Memory Care communities in multiple categories
By qualifying for the Pinnacle Customer Experience Award, Harvester Place, Emerald Place and Porter Place satisfied the rigorous demands of scoring in the top 15% of the nation across a 12-month average.
