Juniper Names Casey Tiffany, Vickie Stotler-Smith as Regional Directors on Texas Team

BLOOMFIELD, N.J.—Juniper Communities, a leader in the senior living industry, has named Casey Tiffany,new to the company, regional director of operations for Texas and promoted Vickie Stotler-Smith to regional director of sales and program development for the Texas market.

Tiffany’s role is a new position created to help with the company’s expansion in the Texas marketplace.

“We welcome Casey to Juniper’s leadership team,” said Lynne Katzmann,CEO and founder. “As a Texas native, she knows the nuances of the people and territory. This, coupled with her extensive experience across the spectrum of seniors housing, will surely benefit us.”

Tiffany has guided operations in many types of care environments, including rehabilitation hospitals; assisted living, memory care, and independent living communities; and skilled nursing care. Her most recent experience was as a healthcare consultant, managing small rural assisted living and skilled nursing care locations throughout Texas.

She also works as a care manager, helping families to shop for assisted living and skilled nursing in the Austin area.

Tiffany says she was drawn to work in senior living due to the influence and nurturing from strong grandmothers. She has a bachelor of science in psychology and sociology from Howard Payne University and a master of science in gerontology from Baylor University. She is an avid Harley Davidson owner, serving as a road captain for the Central Texas Harley Davidson Owner’s group.

In her new role, Stotler-Smith will support the Texas sales teams, including coaching, setting goals, achieving those goals, and other areas of professional development as needed. She will also focus on implementing Juniper’s signature programs with all team members across all departments in all locations. She has been with Juniper Communities for almost 11 years.
