ELGIN, Ill.—As part of its ongoing expansion, New Perspective is building its newest senior living community in Elgin, Ill. New Perspective – Elgin will be a four-story structure near the intersection of S. Randall Road and South Street. The community will provide independent living, assisted living, and Betty’s Harbor, a secure neighborhood specifically designed for those with memory loss.

“We are looking forward to bringing our successful model of senior living to the area,” said New Perspective CEO Ryan Novaczyk. “The Elgin building will be a showcase of great services and amenities appealing to today’s older adults.”

New Perspective – Elgin will be amenity-rich with broad appeal to older adults who have a variety of interests. For instance, the spacious two-story lobby and reception area will highlight fireplaces, water features, and natural stone appointments. Exterior views and natural light play an integral part in creating a warm, open atmosphere. The fitness center will feature state-of-the-art equipment specifically designed for the older adult exercise experience highlighted by an indoor, warm-water pool. As for dining, residents will have plenty of choices including a restaurant-style dining room with grand fireplace, a café, and relaxing pub. Other amenities appealing to a vibrant lifestyle will include a movie theater and dance hall.
