Brentwood, Tenn.—Vitality Living and Hillpointe, LLC, announced a new partnership. Their first project, Vitality Living Madison, brings the finest in active retirement living to Madison, Ga., recently listed in Southern Living’s Top Ten Prettiest Small Towns.

“This neighborhood style living creates great opportunities for residents to engage and lead active lives,” says Chris Guay, Vitality Living’s founder and CEO. “Madison is a fantastic town in a great location. Vitality Living Madison’s unique design will have positive impact on the local area, our new residents, and the senior living industry’s future,”

Vitality Living is a premier provider in Tennessee, Alabama, Texas, Florida and is honored to begin growing in the beautiful state of Georgia.

“We are excited to partner with such a forward thinker,” says Kelly Mahoney, managing member and co-founder of Hillpointe, LLC. “Our visions align. We are working collaboratively to erase senior living stereotypes. It’s our mission to create communities where our residents can be themselves, thrive, and live vibrantly.”

Vitality Living Madison, formerly known as Wellbridge Community of Madison, is a retirement community at 1600 Bethany Road in Madison, on 73 acres. The community will have 332 units and will begin opening in phases.

Phase 1 features retirement living for those ready to engage in life rather than maintain a home. Living options include two-bedroom villas with attached garage and one-bedroom village apartments. It also includes a recreation and wellness center housing fitness and yoga space, individual workout equipment, bocce and shuffleboard courts, and a large heated swimming pool.

Phase 2 will offer assisted living and memory care, promoting independence and well-being with supportive services and personal care.

Vitality Living Madison is excited to introduce Mary Jo Johnson as executive director. Through engagement, innovation, family collaboration, and a passion to serve, Vitality Living Madison embraces a responsibility to strengthen communities, ensuring older adults have access to lifestyles that empower them to lead an inspiring life for years to come.

Vitality’s Leasing Center is now open at 230 W. Washington St., adjacent to Town 220. The community is scheduled to open late 2020 and is now accepting reservations.
