October 5 is the Last Day to Register for the Next AI Leadership Sprint for Senior Living

[current_event_date]

Senior living leaders have until Monday, October 5, to register for the next AI Leadership Sprint for Senior Living, a highly focused, hands-on experience designed to help leaders move beyond experimenting with AI and begin putting it to work on the challenges that matter most to their organizations.

Artificial intelligence is no longer a distant possibility for senior living. Leaders across the field are already testing tools, exploring use cases, and asking how AI might improve the way their organizations communicate, make decisions, support teams, streamline work, and serve residents.

But moving from curiosity to meaningful results requires more than access to technology. It requires leaders who know how to work effectively with AI, identify the right opportunities, evaluate risk, and connect new capabilities to real organizational priorities.

That is the purpose of Argentum’s AI Leadership Institute, to help senior living organizations turn AI insight into action. The goal is not to chase every new tool. It is to build the judgment, confidence, and practical capabilities leaders need to use AI responsibly and productively.

Move From Experimenting With AI to Applying It

The next AI Leadership Sprint for Senior Living begins October 13 and is available exclusively to leaders at Argentum member owner and operator organizations.

Powered by SAVANT-AI, the Sprint is designed for leaders who want to become more capable AI users themselves—and then take what they learn back to their teams and organizations.

Participants will work with tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and Claude more strategically and effectively. Rather than spending time on a broad overview of AI, the experience centers on practical application: how leaders can use these tools to tackle their own questions, responsibilities and workflows.

That could mean finding better ways to synthesize information, accelerate research and analysis, improve communications, support decision-making, rethink repetitive workflows, develop new ideas, or identify areas where AI can create greater efficiency and organizational value.

What Leaders Will Take Away

The Sprint is designed to produce capabilities leaders can continue using long after the program ends.

Participants will leave better equipped to:

  • Use AI more strategically. Move beyond basic prompts and one-off tasks to work more effectively with leading AI tools on complex, real-world work.
  • Identify high-value opportunities. Recognize where AI can improve workflows, productivity, decision-making and organizational performance—and where it may not be the right solution.
  • Apply AI to their own work. Explore individual questions, priorities and workflows rather than relying solely on generic examples or demonstrations.
  • Ask better questions and get better results. Develop stronger approaches for interacting with AI, refining outputs and turning AI-generated information into useful work.
  • Exercise better judgment around AI. Consider accuracy, privacy, risk and responsible use as AI becomes more deeply integrated into everyday work.
  • Translate individual learning into organizational capability. Develop practical approaches for sharing what works, helping teams adopt new practices and identifying opportunities to scale AI across the organization.
  • Leave with a clearer path forward. Identify priorities and next steps for continuing to build AI capability rather than leaving with a collection of tools and ideas but no plan for using them.

A Personalized, Hands-On Experience

The Sprint combines individual preparation, collaborative learning and personalized coaching while keeping the overall time commitment manageable.

Participants will spend approximately one to three hours completing workspace setup and self-paced preparation before the first live session. On Tuesday, October 13, they will participate in a 90-minute interactive group session focused on building their own AI capability.

Each participant will also receive a private, one-hour deep dive with SAVANT-AI co-founders Matt and Christian Burton. This individualized working session is an opportunity to focus on the participant’s own questions, workflows and challenges and explore how AI can be applied directly to their work.

Participants then return for a second 90-minute group session on Friday, focused on extending what they have learned beyond themselves and into their teams and organizations.

The result is a concentrated learning experience that combines individual capability, personal coaching and organizational application.
