North Texas operator Pegasus Senior Living was just designated by their employees as Great Place to Work®-certified for May 2023-May 2024. The certification is an admirable feat with the current nationwide staffing shortage.
73 percent of employees state that Pegasus is a great place to work versus the average 57 percent among U.S.-based companies. 87 percent feel their work has special meaning to them, 84 percent say they feel like they make a difference, and 82 percent say when they look at what they accomplish, they feel a sense of pride.
In addition, 81 percent report that when you join the company, you are made to feel welcome and 80 percent say they feel good about the ways they contribute to the community.
