GRAPEVINE, TX — As of January 18, 2026, Pegasus Senior Living has expanded its resident-centered memory care offerings in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex with two new communities: Pegasus Landing of Saddlebrook in Frisco and Pegasus Landing of North Riverside in Fort Worth. LTC REIT is the capital partner of the two communities.
