This project, scheduled for completion by March 2022, will add a residential complex to Phoenix’s growing portfolio and will include a total of 56 independent living cottages to serve needs in the Dallas, Ga., market. This property is adjacent to the Pearl at Dallas, a PSL community serving memory care needs.
The residences have 1,220 square feet of living space that will surround the Pearl at Dallas. This complex also includes the highest-quality amenities, a signature of Phoenix’s brand and trademark of outstanding care, including a swimming pool and cabana, walking trails, life-size checkers and chess, bocce court, and landscaped green space.
