(Alexandria, Va.) – Argentum, a national association advocating for quality of life for seniors, is pleased to announce Arena, a predictive analytics company that helps over 1,200 senior living, acute, and post-acute care facilities organize their workforces, has decided to enhance its membership commitment by becoming a new corporate partner with Argentum. Engagement in Argentum’s corporate partnership program demonstrates significant thought leadership in the senior living industry.
As corporate partner for Predictive Analytics, Arena’s collaboration with Argentum will continue to address one of senior living’s greatest challenges, encouraging a dedicated and engaged workforce. In 2020, at the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic, Arena collaborated with Argentum and OnShift in creating tools to help displaced workers from other industries consider and prepare for jobs in senior living.
“Arena’s work with big data and predictive analytics has already proven to be impactful to the industry and will certainly bolster Argentum’s workforce development efforts and initiatives moving forward,” said Argentum President & CEO James Balda. “We are very pleased to be partnering with Arena at this level, and we look forward to their continued contributions.”
“Each and every person in the industry works to care for the most vulnerable among us, and that work has become only more critical and difficult over the last year in this pandemic,” said Michael Rosenbaum, Arena founder and CEO. “Supporting Argentum and the industry at this moment of crisis but also of opportunity to strengthen and grow the senior living industry and workforce, seemed like the least we could do.”
Arena is Argentum’s seventh corporate partner. Others include Direct Supply, Fox Rehabilitation, Medline, OnShift, Willis Towers Watson, and Yardi. Learn more about our Corporate Partners.
