Argentum’s Women in Leadership (WIL) initiative focuses on the development, advancement, and retention of women in our industry by providing professional development programming, education, and networking opportunities.

WIL offers women in the senior living industry access to:

  • A network of dedicated individuals who are serving our nation’s seniors.
  • A monthly virtual speaker series featuring women leaders in the industry and a variety of professional development topics.
  • A virtual one-to-one mentoring program with the primary objective of creating and fostering relationships to support female leaders at all levels of senior living companies.
  • Opportunities to network and learn from other women in the industry at Argentum events throughout the year.
  • Opportunities to be highlighted for great work being done on behalf of the seniors we serve.

Joining WIL is free and open to women and men serving seniors in any role, seniority level, or capacity.
