Retirement Unlimited, Inc. (RUI) is pleased to announce the promotion of Matt Winningham to Vice President of Asset Management and Development.
Since joining RUI in 2016, Matt has held leadership positions in plant management and operations as well as assisting several communities in both Virginia and Florida as Interim-Executive Director. He has extensive knowledge of all of RUI Communities’ day-to-day processes and procedures including operations, environmental services, sales and business development, and personnel/Human Resources.
As the RUI Development function continues to grow, Matt will use his plan operation expertise of opening, licensing, and stabilizing several communities in both Virginia and Florida to lead current and future development projects. Matt’s responsibilities cross multiple functions at a high level including plant operations, procurement, IT, and development and well as working directly with partners. Through his dedication and experience, Matt offers an in-depth understanding of RUI buildings and processes.
