Starting in summer of 2019, McGlade and Safrans began rebuilding Ridgeline’s philosophy throughout the company, from field to the corporate office. Together with their team, the two leaders have seen Ridgeline through a period of unprecedented change and challenge, not the least of which is the effect COVID-19 has had on the senior living industry.
Despite this, Ridgeline is a stronger organization at the close of 2020 than it was at when the year started. Ridgeline is poised for significant growth in 2021 and beyond, allowing it to benefit more seniors and those who care for them than ever before.
