RUI announces Austin Payne as Florida Regional Director of Clinical Services for Retirement Unlimited, Inc (RUI). Austin Payne, BSN, RN, CDON, CALN is an alumni of the University of Virginia where he obtained his BSN degree before sitting to become a registered nurse. After many years of Emergency Room experience, Austin transitioned to senior living which has been his passion for the past 5 years. Austin has served as a Director of Nursing and Executive Director for Assisted Living and Memory Care communities across Virginia before transitioning to a Regional Clinical Role and moving to the sunshine state of Florida to continue his passion in senior living. Austin is a Certified Assisted Living Nurse and Certified Director of Nursing with the National Association of Directors of Nursing- Long Term Care. Austin will blend his compassion for the senior population with outstanding leadership and clinical experience skills to providing clinical support and oversight at all Florida RUI Communities.
