
ROANOKE, Va.—Retirement Unlimited, Inc. (RUI) has named Grace Sarver as virginia regional director of human resources.
Sarver joins RUI with over 20 years of experience in senior living in human resources. She will provide human resource support, on-boarding, and a focus on employee engagement for Virginia Communities and will support the Florida Communities as RUI recruits a director for that region.
She began her career in senior living as a certified nursing assistant and medication aide. She is a graduate of Purdue University with a bachelor of science in accounting and healthcare administration.
She brings a variety of experiences and knowledge with 17 years of leadership experience with focuses on accounting, administration, and human resources. She was a key leader in the startup organizations of home care, home health, and hospice as well as a licensed assisted living administrator through the Virginia Department of Health Professions.
