PHOENIX (October 24, 2024) – Sagewood, a Life Care Services (LCS) community featuring a resort-style setting in Phoenix, recently appointed Renee Iezzi, a longtime LCS employee, as the human resources director. 
Iezzi served LCS and their various communities for the past decade in human resources roles and has more than 20 years of experience in the senior living industry.
As Sagewood’s human resources director, Iezzi will lead the HR team, ensure employees are compliant with regulations, recruit and retain talent, and oversee employee benefits and trainings.

Prior to starting her career, Iezzi earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Bryant University and a Master of Human Resources from Southern New Hampshire University.
