Sagora Senior Living has partnered with Teton to pilot AI-powered monitoring technology at two Texas communities, marking Teton’s expansion in the U.S. senior living market. Early results demonstrate significant improvements in resident safety and care delivery.
Bristol Park at Cleburne Assisted Living and Memory Care (Cleburne, TX) and Briarview Senior Living (Carrollton, TX) have been piloting the system since January 2026.
How the Technology Works
Teton’s platform uses ambient monitoring in resident’s rooms that analyze activity patterns without relying on personal identifiers or maintaining full resident records. The system processes data locally, analyzing movement, behaviors, and health indicators then immediately deletes the images after processing. No video or photos are stored, and care teams receive only encrypted behavioral insights on their devices, keeping resident privacy intact while providing actionable information.
Pilot Results
At Bristol Park, where the platform was adopted earlier, results within the first month included:
- 74% reduction in monthly fall incidents
- 95% faster response time to incidents 83% reduction in PRN sleep medication usage in one resident case (from 9 administrations per week to 1.5)
- Automated care documentation to ensure associate levels match resident needs as acuity evolve
