Certificate Program Details and Fees

Earn your Argentum Senior Living Sales Certificate to demonstrate your dedication to senior living, motivation to professional development, and share a deeper understanding of how to guide families through their journey of selecting the right options of care for their loved ones.

Training

The Argentum Sales Counselor Certificate Program includes two self-paced internet-based training modules. Participants may view the training in as many sessions as needed, and should expect to spend about 1 hour and 45 minutes taking the training course. 

Upon completion of the course, users can take the 40-question, multiple choice test online at a time and place that is convenient for them. Once they pass the test they will receive an electronic certificate of completion that can be displayed in your community.

Eligibility

Sales professionals and those with an interest in better communicating the value of senior living may participate.

  • New Employees: Learn knowledge critical to best serving prospective senior living residents
  • Current Employees: Round-out knowledge and add a resume talking point
  • Longtime Employees: Model by example through ongoing professional development

Fee

The training course and assessment are available for $115 for Argentum members and $155 for non-members. Users will have access to the course and the online test for 90 days after purchase.

Examination Results

Once the assessment is completed pass/fail status will be communicated. Results will be released to the candidate only.

Individuals who pass the examination will be presented with a certificate from Argentum, that demonstrate the ability of that professional to offer an exceptionally unique, consultative experience for seniors and their families.
