As Argentum builds its 2026 committees, members are invited to step forward, or nominate a colleague, to serve. Nominations are open through February 14.

A Meaningful Role That Fits Busy Schedules
Committee service is designed to be impactful without being overwhelming. Most members find the time commitment manageable and predictable.
Typical expectations include:
- 4–6 virtual meetings per year (60–90 minutes each)
- At least one in-person meeting annually
- Light review of materials or occasional surveys between meetings
- A standard two-year term, with the option to renew
Members are encouraged to attend the majority of meetings, share their perspectives, and contribute to a respectful, collaborative environment.
A Special Call for Owner/Operators
Argentum is especially focused on increasing participation from owner/operators to ensure committees reflect the full diversity of the field.
Operators bring firsthand knowledge of workforce challenges, resident expectations, regulatory pressures, and operational realities. Their voices help ground the association’s work in the day-to-day experiences of senior living communities.
