Sodalis Living, a 24-community senior living operator across Texas, Florida, and Georgia, is launching “VIVERE Life” as a new luxury-tier brand within its portfolio, starting with four Texas communities: Sodalis Stone Oak (San Antonio), Sodalis Longview, Sodalis Deer Park, and Sodalis College Station. The rebrand takes effect the week of July 13.
The move is a standalone initiative to distinguish these four communities as Sodalis’s premium offering, positioning them for residents and families seeking a higher tier of service and amenities within the broader senior living market. CEO of Sodalis Living, Terry Rogers, states the new brand reflects a growing demand for upscale senior living options.
“We’re seeing it everywhere. Today’s senior living consumer expects more, and rightly so. VIERE Life is our answer to that shift,” he shares. “It’s a chance to build something that matches where this industry is headed, not where it’s been. These four communities are ready to lead that charge.”
The name Vivere comes from the Latin words “to live,” describing Sodalis’s philosophy that residents should live life exactly as they define it.
The new names starting the week of July 13:
- Sodalis College Station (College Station, TX) → “VIVERE Life College Station”
- Sodalis Deer Park (Deer Park, TX) → “VIVERE Life Deer Park”
- Sodalis Longview (Longview, TX → “VIVERE Life Longview”
- Sodalis Stone Oak (San Antonio, TX) → “VIVERE Life San Antonio”
Operations, staffing, and services at each community continue uninterrupted under the new name. Sodalis will evaluate the VIVERE Life brand’s reception in these four markets as part of its ongoing portfolio strategy.
