Knoxville, TN – Paran Homes and Solinity announce new partnership of combined talents that will develop, own and operate senior living communities in the southeast. The new partnership will be directed by Paran Homes CEO Whit Marshall and Solinity CEO Josh Crisp as the teams are set to co-develop a product of communities that provide a high quality, affordable housing option for aging adults.

Paran Homes is a development leader in the industry that is identified as a trusted, quality builder in the southeast. Marshall has strong roots in the metro Atlanta area where he attended the University of Georgia and began his real estate career in land brokerage. He then became a partner in a real estate development firm where he was active in all areas of development including site acquisition, entitlement and financing. Later co-founding and now serving as CEO of Paran Homes, LLC, he is leading the company into senior housing development to impact the industry and provide quality living opportunities for aging adults.

“Our team is experienced in the development and home-building business, but we wanted to find the right partner to add a significant impact into the senior living sector,” Whit Marshall, Paran Homes CEO said. “We are excited about our partnership with Josh and Solinity. They have the experience, energy and expertise in the growing senior living industry and we couldn’t be more excited to partner with their team.”

Solinity is a progressive senior living development, management and marketing company that brings generations together to share experiences as well as live and work in a collaborative environment. Crisp has more than 14 years of experience in development, construction, and management of senior living communities across the southeast where he has led multiple client’s visions to became reality as his teams directed the design, build, opening and management of senior living communities.

The new projects will be co-developed and operated by Solinity with each community having a focus on providing a more affordable housing option without sacrificing the quality care and living environment offered to aging adults. This strategically aligns with the focus of Paran Homes where the partnership will anchor developments in locations with shopping centers and other amenities which captures the appeal of the adult son or daughter to have their loved ones close to their daily commutes. Intergenerational components and programming coupled with multigenerational housing options will provide engagement for the residents to choose the lifestyle they want.

“Paran Homes is a well-respected, powerful developer in the southeast focused on delivering high quality at a great value,” Josh Crisp, Solinity CEO said. “This aligns with Solinity’s mission of providing high quality care and living environments that are more affordable for older adults and we look forward to combining our complimenting strengths. We like to partner with teams who have experience developing and delivering a memorable experience at a rate which provides opportunities for seniors to have a choice in comfortable living situations.”

Both Marshall and Crisp are excited to announce this strategic partnership as the companies combine their strength in reputation with a rich understanding of senior housing development, management and marketing to produce unique senior communities.

The first community to be developed will be in Henry County, Ga. The development team is currently designing a concept that includes independent living, with villas and apartment style housing, for active senior adults as well as assisted living, memory care, and multigenerational components like children’s daycare center which will provide opportunities for the public and staff and team members to have high-quality childcare services as a benefit to the team. This will also allow for residents of the community to have a fulfilling opportunity to engage with multiple generations.

“There is a real need for this type of community in Henry Co.,” Marshall said. “It will be amenitized, well built and operated, giving residents and families a comfortable living experience and a welcoming place to visit. We are actively looking for additional sites to continue to meet the needs of aging adults and families as we expand upon the brand and the opportunity in the marketplace.”
