KNOXVILLE, Tenn.—Construction is moving forward on two new communities from Solinity.
Palm Cove Living, an assisted living and memory care community in Plant City, Fla., is in Phase 1 construction.
At Palm Cove Living, residents will be able to enjoy life-enriching activities both indoors and outdoors. The community will feature spacious relaxing indoor areas and outdoor courtyards with above-ground planters. It will offer physical, emotional, and spiritual activities that enhance the overall well-being of our residents and that provide them quality relationships.
The state-of-the-art community is expected to yield dozens of employment opportunities. It is set to open winter 2020.
In Cleveland, Tenn., Remember Me Senior Care at Wild Creek, an assisted living and memory care community, is under construction and planned to open in spring 2021.
As Solinity founder and CEO Josh Crisp learned about the passion of owners Tracy Sneed and Andy Sneed, he wanted to help see this project through and assist with the development, management, and marketing. The vision for Remember Me Senior Care came from the Sneeds’ experience in caring for their mother, who battled Alzheimer’s and lived in a residential-style care community.
