St. Petersburg, Florida – Solvere Living, a senior living and active adult management company, announced the promotion of Kim Horn to the position of Senior General Manager at The Monarch at Richardson. As Senior General Manager, Horn will be responsible for supporting new general managers in the company during their first 90 days by providing training, orientation and sharing best practices to ensure they have the tools they need to be successful.
Horn, who joined the community in 2018 as a General Manager, will utilize her 15 years of strategic leadership experience she’s gained in the education and IT sectors. She also has experience in caring for family members with dementia. Under her leadership, The Monarch achieved a 95% occupancy rate in February 2022.
