Raleigh, NC – January 2, 2025 – Spring Arbor Senior Living – a premier operator of 33 assisted living and memory care communities across nine states in the Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, and Midwest – announced additions to its leadership team, which is responsible for managing the Spring Arbor brand while continuing to drive growth and exceptional service for residents and their loved ones.
New members of the leadership team include Keith Ensey, Jennifer Forrest, and Stephanie Sanderoff.

Ensey was promoted internally and now serves as Vice President of Operations. In this role, he manages operations throughout Spring Arbor’s Southeast portfolio, including the creation of processes and efficiencies to ensure that resources are effectively allocated to team members providing quality care. Ensey has over 25 years of experience managing diverse healthcare delivery systems and has dedicated the past 17 years to assisted living and memory care. He is also deeply committed to physical and mental wellness and holds credentials as a Sports Nutrition Specialist.
Forrest was promoted internally and now serves as Vice President of Quality and Education. In this role, she oversees Spring Arbor’s clinical and nursing programs, including quality and education programs for clinical team members in all communities. A registered nurse with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare and senior living sectors, Forrest has a passion for working with seniors and leading nurses to continue to discover best clinical practices and grow. Her goal is to serve with purpose and continue to focus on honoring, enriching, and celebrating the lives of residents. She also currently serves on Argentum’s Clinical Quality Executive Roundtable.
Sanderoff was hired to serve as Vice President of Sales. In this role, she oversees sales teams and efforts for all Spring 
Arbor communities. Sanderoff has more than 20 years of healthcare sales expertise. Sanderoff excels at building and leading high-performing sales teams and takes pride in mentoring sales professionals to realize their full potential and elevate the standards of senior living sales. Her approach combines empathy with strategic insight, helping families and professionals alike discover the possibilities of compassionate, high-quality senior care.
