ATLANTA, GA, SEPT 11, 2025 —The Piedmont at Buckhead, an active retirement community owned and operated by Senior Resource Group (SRG), LLC, is pleased to announce the promotion of Whitney Trollinger to Executive Chef. 
A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in Atlanta, Trollinger brings a rich and diverse culinary background to her new role, shaped by years of experience in both fine dining and large-scale catering. Her career spans roles with Abigail Kirsch NYC Catering and Sterling Spoon, as well as hands-on leadership in corporate kitchens, private catering and nutrition-focused meal preparation.
Since joining The Piedmont at Buckhead as Sous Chef, Trollinger has distinguished herself through a commitment to excellence, a deep understanding of culinary operations and a passion for creating meals that nourish both body and spirit.
In this new role, Trollinger oversees all culinary operations within the community, including menu planning, staff training, quality assurance, budget oversight, and regulatory compliance. She works closely with the Dining Room Manager and SRG’s corporate Food & Beverage team to ensure alignment with SRG’s Genuine Hospitality® and Zest™ programs. Her leadership ensures that every meal served at The Piedmont at Buckhead reflects a high standard of quality ingredients, taste and resident satisfaction.

Trollinger holds ServSafe Manager Certification and credentials in child and adult nutrition. Her wide-ranging experience includes event catering, kosher menu design, special diets and opening new culinary operations in diverse settings.
