Threads of Unity: Memory Care Residents Exchange Friendship Bracelets

[current_event_date]

Anthem Memory Care celebrated International Friendship Day with their threads of unity friendship bracelet exchange across its 20 communities. During this event, residents created friendship bracelets with the help of staff and younger volunteers across the country and exchanged them with other Anthem communities.

“Creating the bracelets with our residents was an impactful way to demonstrate the Pathways of Purpose culture within our Anthem communities,” said Jennifer Boonstra, senior life engagement director for Anthem Memory Care. “International Friendship Day was a great way to promote connection with people across our memory care communities. It brought joy, creativity and purpose to our residents and staff to give and receive their friendship bracelets.”
