[current_event_date]

MINNEAPOLIS (June 26, 2025) – Health Dimensions Group® (HDG®)  a leading senior living, post-acute, and long-term care management and consulting firm based in Minneapolis, Minn., is excited to announce three of the organization’s managed communities are being recognized as 2025 recipients of the Bronze – Commitment to Quality Award by the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL). All three communities — Country Manor Memory Care in Davenport, Iowa, Kruse Village in Brenham, Texas, and Stoney River Marshfield in Marshfield, Wisc., are being recognized for providing quality care and services, as well as their commitment to continuously improving the lives of their residents.

Congratulations to all three communities for upholding their standard for excellence by providing quality care and services for their residents and their families,” Barbara Klick, executive vice president of quality at HDG said. “I also want to thank AHCA/NCAL for their continued focus on quality through inviting senior care providers to apply and strive for these quality awards. We’re grateful to have been recognized. HDG and its managed communities remain devoted to continuously enhancing and sustaining the overall quality of life for older adults.”

Providers enter the AHCA/NCAL Award process at Bronze level, where they develop an organizational profile with essential performance elements such as vision, mission statement, understanding of key customers, and key strengths and challenges. Bronze applicants must also demonstrate their ability to implement a sustainable performance improvement system. Trained examiners review each application to determine if a center has met the demands of the criteria. County Manor Memory Care, Kruse Village, and Stoney River Marshfield are among 653 long term care providers in 46 states who are recognized with the Bronze Award in 2025.

“We commend this year’s recipients for taking this important first step on their quality journey,” Cliff Porter, president and CEO of AHCA/NCAL said. “Their commitment to continuous improvement and resident-centered care reflects the heart of our mission and lays a strong foundation for future excellence.”

HDG’s mission is to make lives better by providing quality care, service, and consulting. HDG manages 52 senior living and care communities in nine states, caring for more than 3,000 residents.
