
GAINSVILLE, Va—Tom Fitzmaurice has been named Vice President of Sales for Retirement Unlimited, Inc. (RUI), a Virginia family-owned and operated senior living community management company with over 36 years of service.
With more than 13 years of senior living experience, Fitzmaurice brings knowledge and leadership in positively impacting business development through sales and marketing support. With his big-picture vision and tenacity to penetrate new markets, capture market share, and accelerate top and bottom-line revenue growth, Fitzmaurice will design RUI sales strategies geared towards success in both current communities and new developments, including RUI’s newest community The Westmont at Short Pump, in Richmond, Va., scheduled to open in early 2021.
Tom has already successfully executed sales techniques such as virtual tours to expand rapport and strengthen relationships with prospects and professional networking resources during the pandemic.
Tom will report directly to Doris-Ellie Sullivan, president of Retirement Unlimited, Inc.
Tom acquired his BA from St. Joseph’s College in Windham, Maine, and Northwood University in Midland, Mich., under the Michigan State University LC Business Program.
