Both The Reserve at Strathmore Square and The Reserve at Falls Church will be among the Reserve Collection locations to serve only certified organic vegetables, proteins, and certain beverages, focusing on healthy eating as a core feature.
Experience Senior Living (ESL) announced today that it is raising the level of luxury at each of The Reserve Collection communities by featuring a fully certified organic menu. This step makes ESL’s Reserve Collection the only line of exclusive senior living communities in the country to provide such high-quality cuisine.
“Understanding the pivotal role organic eating plays in improving health and quality of life, we are committed to making organic, healthy, and delicious culinary experiences a priority at The Reserve Collection,” says Phill Barklow, ESL President. “We are focused on sourcing locally and utilizing USDA-certified organic ingredients to exceed expectations and elevate our residents’ dining experiences.”
The Reserve Collection caters to affluent seniors seeking onsite luxury amenities such as salt-water pools, rooftop lounges, high-end beauty salons, and pickleball courts, to name a few. Three locations are currently under development: The Reserve at Lone Tree in Denver, Colorado; The Reserve at Strathmore Square in Bethesda, Maryland; and The Reserve at Falls Church in Falls Church, Virginia.

The Reserve Collection menus will offer locally sourced, organic ingredients, from USDA-certified organic grass-fed/grass-finished beef to free-range, hormone-free poultry and wild-caught, low-mercury fish. The menu will be free of any food containing pesticides or GMO foods to create perfect and diverse healthy food offerings to residents. Dietary options will also be available to provide vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free options.
