The 2026 Women in Leadership Fall Forum offers an executive experience focused on leadership effectiveness, personal resilience, and the relationships that help women thrive.
Women in senior living leadership are guiding organizations through extraordinary change. They are making critical decisions about workforce, culture, growth, operations, and the resident experience, often while navigating expectations that extend far beyond their job descriptions.
The 2026 Women in Leadership Fall Forum, taking place September 15–17 in Dallas, Texas, creates a space where women executives can step away from the demands of daily leadership, learn from inspiring speakers, and connect candidly with peers who understand both the opportunities and challenges they face.
This is more than a traditional leadership conference. The Fall Forum is designed to support the whole leader—addressing professional effectiveness alongside personal well-being, meaningful relationships, resilience, and the values that shape how women lead.
Leadership Begins Within
Leadership development often focuses on external skills: building teams, setting strategy, communicating effectively, and driving performance. This year’s Fall Forum will also look inward, recognizing that the way leaders understand themselves directly affects the way they lead others.
Sessions will explore introspection as a gateway to more inclusive leadership, the pressure women often place on themselves to be perfect, and the importance of aligning personal values with everyday decisions.
These conversations invite attendees to consider important questions: What expectations are helping us grow, and which ones are holding us back? Are we leading in a way that reflects what matters most to us? How can greater self-awareness make us more effective, authentic, and inclusive leaders? The goal is not simply to become better at managing responsibilities. It is to help women lead with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.
The Relationships That Make Leadership Possible
No leader succeeds alone. Yet women in executive roles can sometimes find themselves without a trusted circle in which they can speak openly about difficult decisions, professional transitions, organizational challenges, or personal uncertainty.
A featured session on “The 8 Relationships You Need at Work” will explore the connections that contribute to professional growth and long-term success. Throughout the Forum, attendees will also have opportunities to begin building those relationships with one another.
The event’s intimate format encourages conversation rather than simple introductions. Networking breakfasts, collaborative discussions, shared meals, and an offsite dinner provide time for participants to move beyond exchanging business cards and develop relationships that can continue long after the Forum concludes.
For many attendees, these connections become one of the most valuable parts of the experience: a network of accomplished women who can offer perspective, encouragement, honest feedback, and support.
Addressing the Realities Women Experience
The Fall Forum will also create space for topics that have historically been overlooked in executive leadership settings.
A focused conversation on menopause and perimenopause will provide women with evidence-based information about a stage of life that can affect their health, energy, confidence, and professional experience—yet is rarely discussed openly in the workplace.
This session reflects a broader commitment to treating women’s health and well-being as leadership issues, not private concerns that women must quietly manage on their own.
The program will also explore brain health, focus, mental efficiency, resilience, and the practices that help leaders perform at a high level without losing sight of their own well-being.
An Inspiring 2026 Speaker Lineup
The Fall Forum will feature accomplished leaders and experts whose work spans leadership, workplace culture, medicine, brain health, business, philanthropy, and personal development.
Speakers include Betsy Allen-Manning, creator of the Bar Raisers™ Movement; Jennifer Chandler, president of Bank of America Dallas and head of Philanthropic Solutions for Bank of America; Dr. Tiffany Moon, a board-certified anesthesiologist, entrepreneur, and bestselling author; Dr. Anu Ravipati, a physician specializing in menopause, longevity, and women’s health; and Jennifer Zientz, director of programs at the Center for BrainHealth®.
Together, they will bring research, practical strategies, personal experiences, and fresh perspectives to conversations about how women can strengthen their leadership and create greater impact within their organizations.
Attendees will leave with ideas they can use immediately—but also with something less tangible and equally important: renewed energy, greater self-understanding, and the reassurance that they do not have to navigate leadership alone.
A Forum Created for Candid Conversation
The Women in Leadership Fall Forum is intentionally curated to create an atmosphere of trust, openness, and genuine connection. It is an invitation-only event open to women leaders from senior living owner and operator organizations, as well as 2026 Women in Leadership sponsors. This focused audience allows participants to engage in more relevant discussions, share experiences candidly, and learn from women confronting similar leadership decisions.
The Forum recognizes that advancing women in leadership requires more than celebrating their accomplishments. It requires creating environments where women can exchange ideas, strengthen their skills, invest in their well-being, and help one another succeed.
