This premier leadership development for the senior living industry is now accepting nominations for the Fall 2026 cohort.

The Argentum LEAD program is designed for senior living professionals ready to take the next step in their leadership journey. Participants gain practical skills, proven strategies, and valuable peer connections to strengthen teams, navigate daily challenges, and achieve long‑term career goals.

The LEAD program delivers unparalleled value to participants by focusing on:
