CHICAGO, Ill. — Senior Lifestyle, a national senior housing management and care provider, is pleased to share that Peter Kravaritis has been promoted to Vice President of Asset Management.

During his tenure as Director of Asset Management, Kravaritis’ efforts achieved significant asset growth for Senior Lifestyle Corporation. In five years, he engaged an investor relationship with three assets that now stand at 20 communities and worked on a sales advocacy demonstration that acquired 11 new assets in early 2022.
In his new role as Vice President of Asset Management, Kravaritis will expand his responsibilities from managing the company’s largest investor relationships to assisting the entire asset management team as Senior Lifestyle continues to acquire additional communities.
As the team continues to work with multiple investor partners and internal stakeholders, Kravaritis will prioritize building out and streamlining the standardized reporting process and guide the team in assisting operating partners facing challenges in the industry, such as staffing, supply chain, and shifts in consumer expectations.

Kravaritis joined Senior Lifestyle in 2017. Prior to joining Senior Lifestyle, he was an Asset Manager at JPMorgan. He earned his Master of Business Administration and Master of Science in real estate from DePaul University, and his Bachelor of Science in finance from DeVry University. Kravaritis also serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
