Aaron D’Costa
Aaron oversees the company’s sales and marketing, compliance, food service, and community life and transportation departments. he also assists in the development and implementation of the company’s strategic growth plan. Prior to joining Pathway, Aaron operated his own seniors’ housing consulting firm with clients throughout the country benefiting from his 16 years of experience in the industry. Aaron had previously held community- and corporate-based positions with national providers such as Marriott Senior Living Services, Sunrise Senior Living, Classic Residence by Hyatt and Fountains Retirement Communities. Aaron earned his MBA from The George Washington University and has dual undergraduate degrees in management and communications from Virginia Wesleyan College.
Dan Hobin
Dan is a Co-Founder and CEO of G5 Search Marketing,
Inc. The G5 Local Marketing Platform gives business owners visibility
into what advertising efforts produce their most profitable customers. G5 helps
its clients manage the shift from traditional to online advertising, measure
what works, and optimize to the sources that provide the best return on
spend. The G5 suite of services includes hosted websites, SEM & SEO
services, call tracking, coupon management, and an analytics dashboard to tie
it all together. Prior to founding G5, Dan was
the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SmashCast, Inc. (San Francisco, CA),
a web-based digital publishing company. Prior to SmashCast, Dan
held key sales and marketing roles at both Beyond.com (online software sales),
and their spin out, CyberSource Corporation (E-commerce services) (San Jose,
CA). Dan received his BA in Asian Studies from the
University of California at Santa Barbara with a focus on Japanese Business and
is a graduate of the Shibusawa International School in Fukaya, Japan. He lives
with his wife Sara and their 3 boys in Bend, OR.
