DALLAS, TX — September 25, 2023 – Lifespace Communities welcomed Jim Kobrick on September 18 as Executive Director at Abbey Delray in Delray Beach, Florida. An experienced senior living operations executive, Kobrick has strong skills in fiscal management, strategic planning, managing multi-site sales and operations, and team building and talent development. Prior to Lifespace, he served in high-level operations roles for senior living organizations like Harbor Retirement Associates, Meridian Senior Living, and Sunrise Senior Living.
“Jim’s positivity and his strong work ethic make him an approachable leader,” said Zach Jacobsen, Vice President, Regional Operations for Lifespace’s Florida communities. “His extensive experience in senior living operations gives him the insight to resolve problems and find ways to improve on existing processes and build an environment where residents and team members can thrive. Kobrick has a Master of Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University and a bachelor’s degree in health care administration and management from Ithaca College.
